2019 was another fantastic year photographing weddings across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Sydney, Country NSW & beyond. It really is a privilege to be able to share in and document one of the more special days in a couples lives. This collection of images is just a small sample of some favourite moments I captured throughout the year. Emotions, Expressions, Locations, Light, the list goes on. It’s almost impossible to curate a collection of images that define 2019, there would be 500+.  In reviewing what I captured during 2019 one thing became really evident. Things began to dry up from the middle of May onwards and the effects of drought became really evident from August to present time. The change in the landscape from its vegetation to colour at venues and locations I’m often shooting at was stark. Vibrant lush greens in March to a scorched dry Yellow/Brown in December. Weather is always a topic of conversation when it comes to weddings and rain is often the Achilles Heel for anyone involved in a Wedding Day, but I’m sure we’d all agree an abundance of the wet stuff would be a welcome sight at the moment and probably over the next few months. 2019 was great and I’m sure 2020 will be just as good if not better. If you’re a Number Nerd like me there are a stack of key dates during 2020 that make for great sequences and I’d love to photograph on those dates. I’ve got spots left during 2020 and 2021 enquiries are hitting my inbox. Get in touch if you’re newly engaged! Here is a look at 2019 – A Year in Weddings…
